Things you need to do to finish the character, Charles:
1. Come up with his interests. You have three of them. They're explained (and samples given) on page 63
2. Gear up. Your possessions rating of III allows you to have 1 Caliber III item, 1 Caliber II item and 3 Caliber I items. That means you'll probably want to spend a Caliber III or Caliber II on your main gun (charts on p. 314-315, stat charts on p. 285-288) and hope to get the second gun (if you want two of the same kind) with your mission picks. This gear can be picked from any category, but make sure and remember that you'll get one security pick from mission gear and one free armor pick, so you might look beyond armor and weapons for stuff you're going to want regularly.
3. Give me age, height and weight to finish up the write-up. Oh, and tell us who you look like so we can steal a picture from IMDB. :)
